As part of the Builder Guild, Front Light will be building customized homes for the Builder Guild Home Collection at Palmetto Bluff — a series of fourteen home profiles designed specifically for living at Palmetto Bluff, which is the largest remaining waterfront property on the East coast.
The Builder Guild is a group of high-quality craftsmen who have been chosen based on their design, construction and customer service orientation, as well as their long-term alignment with the vision for Palmetto Bluff. The Builder Guild Home Collection at Palmetto Bluff is the result of studying the hundreds of homes that have been built in the years of placemaking at Palmetto Bluff, interviewing dozens of architects and craftsmen who are behind the designs and artistry of these homes, and learning from the collective experiences of those who have lived in them – with the goal of curating the best of what Palmetto Bluff has to offer and connecting homeowners to the land and lifestyle of Palmetto Bluff. Specific home designs in the Builder Guild Home Collection at Palmetto Bluff include those that showcase an abundance of glass and windows working to bring the outdoors in, others that feature a traditional farmhouse vibe with warm woods and reclaimed beams, and some that are steeped in Southern charm.
